This gives you the rights to use the image for yourself, for non commercial uses. If you want to use the image in a magazine, blog, for advertising or to give to a sponsor then you need to buy the image under a commercial license.

These are copyrighted images. With the completion of your payment transaction, Ed Rollason Photography grants you a license for the use of electronic image(s) in the size and resolution offered, for Personal Use only.
No license is granted to use the image for commercial purposes, for commercial or professional web pages, or for incorporating in business or commercial publishing or print materials.
You may not loan, rent, sell, sub-license, lease or otherwise transfer the right to use any images to any other person or entity (including computer bulletin boards), except to the extent that any such image has been incorporated by you into printed materials, online or offline media.
In addition, you agree not to project, copy, store, modify, or use any of the images, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of Ed Rollason Photography, or to allow any third party to do any of the foregoing. Ed Rollason Photography will not be responsible or liable to you for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages that result from your access to or use of the pictures on our site.
